Did anyone hear about this weight loss pill that is now available over the counter? It is called Orlistat, but the over the counter version will be called Alli. It works by blocking about one quarter of the fat you consume. I think it is a great new development for those who are significantly overweight and need some extra help losing weight.

I read about it in this mornings newspaper. they say it will cost between 1 dollar and 2 dollars per pill. also the side effects are loose bowel movements or an oily substance in your bowel movement. I would not want those side effects. it also said that half of the people that take it have side effects.

I think I heard about this stuff last night on the news. I think its going to be used the wrong way and people are going to end up getting sick because of it. Too many peole think they can just take a diet pill and they will be skinny. Truth of the matter is they are just lazy & dont want to watch what they eat & exercise. I hope they realize what they are getting into 100% before taking on this pill. From what I heard its like $20 a week & thats costly. They also said its for people who wish to drop like 20 pounds. I hope they are thinking this out fully before putting it on the market. I wouldnt use it.
