I need more time for life!

I am so constantly busy all the time that I lack time to see my friends, boyfriend, etc. I am working full time, working part time, volunteering often, AND I am in school. I need to learn how to cut down, but there's nothing I can cut out. Any suggestions?

I understand you need the fulltime job for survival and the volunteering for your studies but maybe you can cut out the part time job. You seem like you have over extended yourself and that is not healthy. Or maybe just cut out the part time until you catch up on some rest.

the part time job is both necessary for the money it makes and also a passion of mine (I'm the youth director for my synagogue, and those kids depend on me!)
