ebay hell

eight weeks ago ebay suspended my account. the reason was that it was suspected that someone tried to access my ebay from another ip address. In this email that I received from ebay they said this matter would be resolved within 4-6 days . Two months later - I have been emailing them constantly and no one has responded. TWO MONTHS!!!!! I have contacted them through every avenue available. Really getting angry about this. What on earth is going on??? any ideas? ebay has a monopoly here.......not good. Not good at all. thnx.\ninamama
