How do u guys inprove ur english speaking?

I usually practise by singing english songs...Thats how i manage to keep my speaking in the level where most people understand and alittlebit better than low standart kind of voice....I just wanted to know how some people manage to talk with clear and nice sound...how u guys practise?...Mind to share?.. :D
