I drink coffee or something like it a few times a week because I live in a cold place. I know celebrities drink a lot of caffeine... does that mean its not bad? Know if it effects weight?

Supposedly coffee boosts your metabolism. but also can make you retain water. I drink ALOT of coffee, and since I began drinking coffee, I lost weight. It gives you more energy, and in combination with the fact that it boosts metabolism, I think it can be an effective weight loss tool.

First I would like to say that just because a celebrity does something does not make it good, bad or anything else. Celebrities are just normal people who get paid more.
Coffee is not, in itself, fatening. It's what you put in your coffee. Like sugar, artificail creamer or the flavored creamer that gives you calories.

i agree, it doesn't make it good just if celebrities do it, but i just get the impression that the are on strict diets almost all the time.
perhaps i should stop getting "mocha" coffee drinks..
