Go to the paypal website and sign up. You link it to your checking account. They'll make a couple of penny deposits to your account. You monitor your checking account and let paypal know how much was deposited. Then you're all set up. You can buy things online with it, and they take the money from your checking account, or you can sell on ebay or earn money from places like mylot, and they'll add money to your paypal account. Then if you want to spend it, you can just pay with paypal. You can also get it transferred to your checking account or to a debit card. It's all pretty easy and self explanitory on the website.
