can't finish a full meal because of milk

my 4 yr. old son can't finish a full meal and doesn't want to give up his feeding bottle, 1 bottle before going to sleep and one bottle when he wakes up in the morning. he can't finish a meal at lunch too even if he doesn't drink milk at noontime. he just take like 5 spoonsfuls and done. i'm afraid he would turn his back on drinking milk if i force him to stop like his older sister, now 7 yrs. old. my daughter only takes milk on cereals and seldom drinks it on glass since I made her stop the feeding bottles at age 2.
