should ragging be allowed in colledge or high school???

ragging has almost become a ritual...juniors are ragged by the seniors....a lit bit of it is tolerable but when the limit crosses sometimes it may go out of hand......students may get badly affected by it........mentally and sumtimes even physically.....students think it is their right to rag.....may be its time that we start thinking about it
