I've been a video game fan for years. I got my first video game system when i was 7(it was the original Nintendo which was also called the NES)and now i'm 28. I was so excited at that age when i got it. when compared to the xbox 360 and playstation 3 the nintendo is an ancient video game console. if you were to look online and see the old NES games you will notice video game quality has come a long ways when compared to todays games. still the gameplay back then was fun and very imaginative with games that are now considered classics. I also got a xbox 360 and play games regularly on it. i would say my generation was the first generation to grow up playing video game consoles and now that many of us are adults we are still video game fans. more then likely the video game craze that your seeing in India isn't going away and many who are into gamers now will probably still enjoy them years from now. they can be addicting as I was an addict of video games when i was a kid.

i always want a ps! i think it is better and i recommend a ps2 as it is cheap and there are plenty of ps2 games available in market.but you have to wait for some day so you get PS3. i don't have a PS2.but my friend has one! i played my favorite hitman blood money and it is awesome.i want to but a play station but don't have enough money.can you give me the price details of both ps2 and ps3 and PS3 got released? i heard it will release in 2007? i love the graphics of PS2 and it is cool.what a kind of invention!.heard PS3 has support to Blue ray disk! there is some reason to nuy a ps --cool graphics --availability of game cds and dvds. --it from sony --can be use as a video player which plays divx,dvd movies etc.

The Xbox 360 is the successor to Microsoft's Xbox video game console, developed in co-operation with IBM, ATI, Samsung Electronics and SiS. Known during development as Xenon, Xbox 2, Xbox Next or NextBox, the Xbox 360 was conceived in early 2003. In February of 2003 planning for Xenon software platform began. That month Microsoft held an event for 400 developers in Bellevue, Washington to recruit support for the system. Also that month Peter Moore, former president of Sega of America, joined Microsoft.[4] On August 12, 2003 ATI signed on to produce the graphic processing unit for the new console, a deal which was publicly announced two days later.[5] The following month IBM signed on to develop the Triple-Core CPU for the console. Before the launch of the Xbox 360, several alpha development kits were spotted using Apple Power Mac G5 hardware. Games running on these were reported to be using 25-30 % of the actual systems power.[6] Microsoft chose to use these systems for their PowerPC architecture, which is similar to that of the Xenon CPU used in the system. On October 24, 2005 Microsoft shut down Xbox Live for a day to upgrade it for the Xbox 360.

XBOX 360 came out close to last Christmas. The Playstation 3 is coming out this Christmas. They`re the major game consoles that all the kids play! These are just new! Just a fad of course.
