What makes Relient K the most popular among the christian pop/punk/rock band ?

I grew up listening to their songs.They are so full of enthusiasm.I think their kind of music is real creative for any not so grown up guys.I lke their lyrics too.Their lyrics are sweet and sensible.I too think if they were blessed with a special talent to sing the words of God by God himself.

You'd love them if you are a fan of 'Simple plan','hoobastank' and the likes.They are young and rocking.

Their album 'Anatomy of the tongue in cheek' is being reviewed best by some christian websites.Personally,i too like this album as it has all my fav. tracks like,pressing on,sadie hawkins dance,those words ar not enough,i'm lion-o,failure to excommunicate,etc.Go check them.

Relient k is my all time favorite band. Some of the reasons i love them are the fact that they are symbolic with a lot of thier lyrics. just the other day i was at the mall and i heard their song "The best thing" playing in Macys. i thought it was really cool that they were playing a christian band, even though that song, along with 'be my escape' and others, are very christian songs, they are extravigantly symbolic, and you wouldn't get the symbolism if you were not a christian. I think that the fact that they seem secular gets secular people into their music and they buy the CD's not expecting what they hear, and thus planting the seed of Christ into their lives without their realization.

I don't listen to them. I am Christain and love God, but I only listen to something that can listen to for fun. I listen to hip-hop. Sometimes it's really fun to listen to the lyrics to see how good the rapper actually is, instead of just paying attention to the flow. Well I just said that because I could not answer your question.
I'm guessing they are the most popular because the got a record contract with a big record company that usually doesn't have Christain rock, but has big names.

Nice to know you hear rap songs and appreciate them.I do aprreciate few of them by the likes of Eminem,Black Eyed Peas,and few of the new bands.I like their flow and they do pen sensible lyrics at some point of time(Remember the BEP's "Where is the love".)
When you say fun listening or singing along with their lyrics any lyrics that are powerful and full of vim are always fun for me.No matter how their pitch is,i like varieties in music especially.Eminem's lyrics are fun and so is U2's or Scott Stapp of the rock band Creed.
There are many bands who'd gotten contract with big labels whether its Christian,Rap,rock,pop or jazz but not all the bands live it to their 'Big' labels.

OH MAN RELIENT K IS ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE BANDS!!!
I need everyone's help so badly! I posted a topic on it. I've been given the chance to tour with relient k but i have to choose between that or go to India for a cheaper price (which is something i've been planning for such a long time) please help me out guys! respond back in my discussion! thanks!
