too many referrals please help

I have a problem. I think someone that I sent my referral link has signed up three times. So three of my refferals should really only be one, I think. I dont know what to do about this. I definately dont want to get my self into any trouble over this, and I dont want credit for 2 referrals that are mistakes.
Does anyone have any advise as to how to fix this?

just write a note to mylot..and to your referral if you can and explain what happened..that way you can clear the air..these things happen..if it was a genuine mistake there should be no problem..good luck..

you should contact this user:mylot, and report the matter to him. mylot should take care of this so don't worry. it was not your fault at all.
