What exactly do you like about these books? Who is the author? I would love to start learning more about science. Where should I start?

I like biology, i can sit and read read bilogy books all day long. I learn so much just by reading the books. Biology is the science of life. It includes all kinds of livig things from germs to fish to mammels to plants. Biolgy is a great science to study. You can find many places online that have biology books.

Yes, it is interesting to learn how things exist and how everything relates to each other. Do you usually get your information online then? What sites should I check out?

hi you don't say what areas interest you. a good start would be to go to nova science now on the web. they have videos for you to watch on a variety of subjects. the piece on black holes is particularly good with some excellent animations. a lot of the classic sci-fi novels from the fifties have some good science in them but you need to know enough to tell what is genuine knowledge and what is speculation. if your up to it "a brief history of time" has a good description of the universe and cosmology. david attenborough has published several excellent books on biology and numerous tv programs as well. have fun!

Science fiction is one of my loves but I guess you're not really talking about that. What branch of science are you the most interested in: biology, zoology, anatomy. Just start with a topic that interests you and then head from there.

I am interested in basically all branches of science. Perhaps I shouldn't have made the question as vague as I did. I really meant "what book would you recommend on your favorite branch of science." Sorry to make it hard guys!
