Is your Job unfair to you?

I mean, you do your job well. you extend some hours more but don't charge overtime.
but then you have this colleague who just sleeps everytime she wants too, and another colleague who talks to every person on every cubicle she passes by.
the evaluation came, you got high scores than them... but the increase was the same... i think it was just unfair. do you?

Never mind. Just keep on with your work diligently and dedicatedly. Do not follow the wrong example you see in others. Later on, you'll see that what they are doing will not be very rewarding. Learn all the proper ways of doing your job and work for the betterment of your education. Aim higher, get a master's degree. Be geared for a higher position and be sure you will be prepared for it. Never feel bitter if you find others are taking it easily, it will not help you move up at all.

it was not really making me down or something... but it make me think that my hard work was not noticed.. anyway...
