would you tell a friend if they were being cheated on?

would you tell a friend if their "significant other" was cheating on them? what if it was the other way around.. would you tell that "other" if your friend was cheating on them? or would you just leave it alone?

if you don't want to be under the spot light you can send an anonymus letter or if the person is close to you and you are trusted i guess under the name of freindship your freind deserve from you to be honest and tell her because things could get worse in the future
