It is told in Sanskrit verses, KOTI SURYA and I think there is universe with sun being the centre of universe, there may be KOTI KOTI Universe.

Nicely answered but we have to be careful when we say sun is the center of our universe, for which there is no evidence rather than our own feeling of superiority.

Oh evidence what we say is with the limitations of these human eyes. You can recollect that in MAHABHARATHA WAR Arjuna was blessed by Lord Krishna with empowered eyes to see the existence of cosmos where the centre of the existence is realised by Arjuna as Lord Krishna himself.

Oh I OFTEN try and think about this, but my mind becomes totally boggled! The universe is supposed to be infinite, but I cannot imagine / picture infinity. I also cannot accept infinity logically. But at the same time I cannot imagine or logically accept a finite universe, because then there would HAVE to be something beyond that - surely 'nothing' can't exist either. But then again that would lead again to infitinty which my mind cannot accept either... And if this universe is part of a much bigger multiverse, then what is, or isn't beyond THAT? This is tiring thinking!

Tired of thinking ! But thinking is the first process to gain knowledge. Is it right ?
thanks for the response.

Shape is for which has it's limits. Universe is beyond perception, hence cannot have any shape. Right ?
Thanks for the thoughts.

I think the Universe is shapeless and infinite for we call the Universe all matter and space. So, how could there be nothing or end.
Let's say we found the end of the universe. Then, what would be beyond that. Is it possible that there is nothing, no matter, no space, no anything? That is implausible, at least not imaginable to our senses. So, I guess the entire universe is infinite and determinig its shape is impossible as infinity has no shape.

Ha Ha Infinity has something. It has plus, not only that but also 1. Ha Ha
Ok you are right, it is beyond the perception of our senses. That may be the reason why many scientists propose the theory, get the awards and later years they themselves disagree with what they had proposed. Like Hawkings, yes.
