ell i eat two bananas per day. And am lean person, so i take green bananas and it really helps in adding weight.

for me, the healthiest way to eat a banana is to eat it with peanut butter --- this food combination is very good for the heart.

my best enjoyable thing to eat banana is to slice it into pieces & load in my bowl of chilled strawberry cheesecake nonfat yogurt or i may make a wonderful dessert of banana split - with ice cream , loads of nuts & drizzle of strawberry & chocolate fudge!
i have this kiddie or even adults may love very much also of a banana chocolate coated popsicle.
just roll the whole or half pc of banana with stick as a holder over a melted choco chip & chopped nuts then freeze for 4 hrs. & enjoy eating!
