What is your record for going without a migraine? Mine, thanks to some major combination therapy has been about 2 months (about a year ago).
What is your record length for having a migraine? Mine, thanks to parents who refused to believe that something was really wrong, was almost 2 months. My journal entries from that time (a Junior in high school) were full of "my head hurts and no one believes Advil isn't helping!" and it makes me sad to read that now.

My record for going without a migraine was two and a half months. My record for how long a migraine lasted, is five days. After the fourth day I took myself to the ER. They gave me medicine, but it was only until the day after did it disappear. But does a migraine from a spinal tap count? Because if it counts, I had a migraine for 8 straight days.

ANY migraine counts in my book. : ) I was still in high school so I couldn't just take myself to the ER. As an adult by day four I'll take myself in, too. And after a spinal tap to TEST a migraine I had another migraine for a week too. Gotta love our spinal fluid pressure.

Absolutely miserable.
Often I tell people that it's like a speared ice pick stuck in my head that someone is twirling around and making my brain turn into mush like as if it were in a blender.
