Well the last report is that there are 2 fathers that want to see if they are the father of the baby so iam sure it will be a long drawn out thing which is not good for the child but that seems to be what is going to happen...

she did die today and i was wondering the same thing i guess her family will keep the baby until they find out who the biological father is

Yes, she did die. Not sure what will happen to that poor baby. I know there is a paternity issue. Doesn't she have family in Texas still? If so, maybe someone will step up and try to get custody until they decide who the dad is.
