it really BREAKS my heart

for about two weeks my throat is swelling.. thats the time i decided to go to the public clinic for Ears Eyes Nose Throat. while waiting for my turn, there's a cute child in front of me maybe around three years old... and one meter away there is a lady calling him "MATHEW" she called him more than 5 times and then thats the time i touch him and told him "Mathew, your mother is calling you" he did not answer. the lady come up to me and told me that he cant understand you then i called him again for the second time.. the lady told me to stop... "he is deaf and mute, i just want to confirm if he can recognize his name"... then i stop and look at him and said "mathew im really sorry, i did not know"...
