how you cry?

all people knows how to cry especially when they are sad or have a big problem......but we should consider our self that crying can make illness to our heart! Sometimes it feel us good when we done to cry...

There are some events in life which make us to cry .The worst thing is that nobody like to cry in front of other if he is brave .Same with me i too avoid it in crew .But hurt responses to that when it is alone .Even i am angry some time why i have a sense to feel that makes my hurt cry .I cry alone .
