Who are the rudest people in the world?

I believe that you may have had a bad experience with a certain group of French people, but it seems unfair to generalize and to categorize every French person as rude. A lot of times what seems like rudeness is actually the result of cultural differences or even a language barrier. I believe that there are rude and ignorant people in every country, just as there are pleasant, kind, and open-minded people in every country.
