Sad ! what to do?

I am very sad .I even don't understand what to do to convert my sadness in to desire to work .Please suggest on this topic .

If you are sad then leave the place you are presently in or change the atmosphere by switching on the music, open the windows and light a aromatic incense to lighten the atmosphere.
