I find it easier to catch up on some zzzzs when hungry.I'm motivated not to eat and gain weight. I've lost weight and therefore have maintained it this way. I want to add exercise again to this schedule. I run up and down the stairs when I have to go up and down them. But I'm planning on my 14 day plan...when it's warmer. It's so cold-I want to hibernate. I drink plenty of fluids...and eat after having beaten the worst of my hunger by eating a few bites, and for lunch a small plate or bowl. Dinner is my biggest meal-people say this is a no-no. But I eat a lot at night and will snack, eat breakfast-a snack and lunch...basically I'm so hungry that I overeat!! What do ya'll think about this...I wouldn't recommend it for those that don't exercise or diet. Cause then muscle will break down so your pudgier but your weight is low. I notice I gained a roll instead of a pudgy stomach that was firm but everywhere else improved and I feel healthier. SO time for exercise. GO weightloss pEEPS!

Yes, exercising regurlarly like taking a walk each day at first, then add a little exercise. Don't cut back in food, but stay the normal amount when adding exercise, or more movement, then start cutting food when you can handle it due to seeing results. You still want to eat the proper amount. But if your like me you have the feeling of having to eat whenever around food, or events...or just for no reason. Like 2 hours after eating. Lol-thanks for the comment.
