Have you ever felt "Out Of Body Experience (OBE)"?

Many month ago I'm searching for ebook and tutorial How To feel OBE or known as Astral Projection. What is OBE? OBE is a condition where where our body split into 2 part, ether and material. Ether body can fly, walk pass by door or wall, be in wherever we want at second, and other supernatural ability. It is dangerous? Any experience? Lets sharing.

I have had some atral projection and sleep paralysis, they are both scary but ok.and dangerous. If you find a any tuturials please let me know as I am interested. and also welcome to mylot my friend!

than you and welcome too. some of book i've read say, OBE and sleep paralysis is different, althougth both may be connected. Sleep paralysis near to lucid dream (LD), where LD is basically dreaming while being aware that you are dreaming. I have some good ebook about OBE and lucid dream that I think might be useful. I don't know if I've had an out of body experiance. I remember one night trying to wake up and I couldn't. When I did wake up I started choking and gasping for air like if someone was sitting on my chest. I told a friend about it and she said It might of been an OBE my spirit or whatever was trying to get back into my body. Anyway I didn't sleep the rest of the night because I didn't want it to happen again...i was scared because i didn't know what was going on! I hope it doesn't happen again...and if it ever does I with I knew what really happened.

yes, anytime we face the unknown, it is frightening. Based on what I have read about OBE, your experience has approached it. Most of OBE have common features. For instance, the subjects often see their own physical body during the experience, like any other object in the room. And the others literature said, just like open door, the OBE ability will never return. In my opinion, all you have to do is get unique ability godsend and look for knowledge is turned all that events. thank you for your response.
