Which is most colorful city?

I would have to say Las Vegas. All of the neon lights, and nothing ever closes. It is definately a bright colorful city, at least along the strip. Last time I was there I had a hotel room on the 23rd floor and one end of the strip. The view was amazing, and at night the whole thing was lit up with color.

I have never been there but I have heard that Hong Kong is one colorful place especially at night when they have this Symphony of Lights. 33 key buildings/skycrapers in the capital city of Hongkong participate in this event; they create an all-around vision of lights and laser beams performing an unforgetabble dances of lights synchronized to music which celebrates Hong Kong's diversity, spirit and progress. I have seen it on TV and it was truly mesmerizing.
