fwd,seatbelt,

i have a subaru svx 1992 3.3 l 6 awd there is a red light that came on fwd what it means and what can i do. also the left side seatbelt does not work. i need to know if there is a fuse for it. what can i do.

Probably a problem with a transmission solenoid. Take it to a subaru mechanic.
