its really horrifying to face a boss who really dont like to have your talents to be used or simply a fool is sitting over you who have hardly a knowledge to handle the work. think of a person who knows what is right and tell the boss to do that but the boss denies becoz he doent have any idea about that and really a fool kinda person.

Yes, I have had a fool fora boss..one fool boss ask me when he was eating lunch his wife made him..would you like a cookie? i said yes i would and procede to eat the chocolate chip cookie..and then the fool boss say I should not have eaten his dessert as he just asked me to be nice? what a fool..then don't ask me next time..but i just said nothing.
Another fool boss over paid me in a check..and I got the check in the mail and I was broke and had to buy food for my family..but he over paid me $100.00..so the next Monday after getting the check on Friday I told him of them mistake..and he said did you cash the check? I said yes, as I needed the money for rent and food..so he swore at me and said i was foolish for doing this..as it made him look bad to the company..but the company took the extra money out of the next check..but who was the fool? me for telling him and being honest..another boss was a a good guy..he was not of my color and race but he was a good man and when i told him he over paid me..he just said "well if you don't care...i don't care."
so sometimes there is good boss too..
A good boss does not make his worker look like a fool..especially when it is his fault..God Bless you forever

No. Not all bosses are bad. I always find bosses who are good and nice. They are open to ideas and suggestions. Maybe some employees just don't want to be intimidated that's why they are irritated with their boss.
