Why no generation of .exe in JAVA

We all r know that after successfull execution of c files we get an .exe file in turboc2 folder but in java we didn't find the .exe file.Is there any possibility to get an .exe file in java..If it without runtime also we can execute the .exe file that is made in java.. Any one know about this plz inform me..
