Advice on backing a large site up....

Hi everyone.. hopefully someone can give me a little advice.
Does anyone know of a good program to make a daily backup of a site? Basically I have a site with a large number of member photos that I would like to backup on a daily basis. Please don't ask me why I need to.. I just do ;)
Are there any good programs that will allow me to synchronize the files on the server, with what I have locally? I don't want to have to download all files everyday.

Sorry I am no help. I have always just backed everything up on my puter or on disk for myself. I don't know anything about a program that does this. It would have been nice to have had one.

I use web extractor, which basically saves a copy of any site to my hard drive, to back up my blogs, okay, Im lazy, but its the fastest way to have everything saved.
