Badminton... nice way to stay FIT...

Hello guys and gals... Badminton is a nice way of staying fit... I play badminton for almost 10 years now... and counting... i have a lot of friends that i have encourage to play to this kind of sports...they said after a month of playing that they love the sports and it is easy to understand the rules... they move a lot and sweat a lot... some of my friends loss weight.... and they meetnew friends in playing this game.. it's fun and the most important is "FRIENDS".....

wow, maybe i should try this game out, at first i heard from my friends to ask me to join in but i reject haha but is badminton a really hard sport to play?

well.. sir.. badminton is not really hard sports to play... it is simple... just hit the shuttlecock and that's it... but u need to have a basic stoke so that it is good too see... but once you hit the shuttle its nice...

this is very active sports, which moves all of our body. I also love this sports, beside my reflect better after playing badminton. stay healthy with badminton :)

I know that there are lots of actresses in the Phil that plays badminton to loose weight. I love to play it but never got the chance to spend more time with it because aside from the fact that it is still cold in here, my only playmate is my toddler...lol.

I agree that Badminton is a nice way to stay fit and also a nice way in gaining more friends. If you join a an e-group that plays Badminton, you'll find a lot of friends.
