I hate my boss

My boss is always asking us to rush this and that and always make us stay back late without overtime pay.She is always changing her mind about things and whenever me and my colleagues finish something she ask us to do,she will say change to another way to do it and sometimes after changing a few times she wants the first way of doing it. anyone encounter this in your workplace / have this type of boss?

There are always such bosses in the world of business but by all means follow the instruction carefully and be calm . No point being frustrated over her yea , of course if you can't take it , find another job first then quit your current job yea .... Sometime in our life we must endure yea ...
