To relax

What do you do to relax? Do you read a book or listen to music, do you take a walk or just sit and watch tv. If you did not have any restraints, What would you do?

Usually I listen music to relax. Almost any kind of music can make my mind more peaceful. If music doesn't help then I have a nap.

I like to take a hot bubble bath. it is so relaxing, and I listen to some music.

I like to sit and watch tv. My most favorite way to relax is in a steaming hot bath with bubbles and candles. I literally soak away the stress from my day. Afterwards I do stretches because my muscles are warm and then I don't ache when I wake. Pardon the pun. lol

I like to read a book, watch tv and sometimes i even take walks and shoot photography. If i have had a really bad day than i take a hot bubblebath to unwind.

I find ways to relax at any given moment. I can relax while on the computer if I get the dishes done and I have an hour or so to just compute. I read at night to relax and then go to sleep. I have a drink at night sometimes to relax a bit after being so busy driving to and from and working. I garden and that is relaxing to me. When it become work then I ask for help and take breaks in the garden. There are few times I get to do absolutely nothings. I grab those moments when they happen whereever I am. Waiting in line is a treat for me.

There are many ways:
-listen to music.
-Drinking my cup of coffee or juice.
-watching tv sometimes.
-taking a shower with warm water.
and so on .......
