Crazy hormones after birth

Since I gave birth to my twins my hormone are pulling me left and right at the same time. I was never really moody while I was pregnant but now I want to scream and cry at the same time. Is this normal? I don't think it is postpartum deppression.

It does sound normal but there are many variations of normal. I do want to mention that as many as 10% of all women develop post pregnancy thyroid problems which is called postpartum thyroiditis. A simple blood test can check for this. It often causes symptoms of depression and mood changes. Check out these sites for more information and make an appointment with your dr if you are concerned:
