Just work out for about fifteen minutes before you go to sleep. Do some push ups or something like that. Exercise is supposed to tire you down a bit allowing you fall asleep faster. If you fall asleep fast you tend to have a good night's sleep which results in no crankiness the next morning. ;) I don't recommend sleeping pills, I've had a friend with insomnia who says that those pills 'ruined his life.'

Do you consume a lot of caffeine? Cut that out of your diet and you'll sleep like a log. Worked for me.

well if u cant sleeep that means something is bothereing you or may be som1 is bothereing or may be u are not tired enough to slee and take rest again!!

yeah, i think you have the insomnia. you could chew on some taro root or get some non-habit forming sleep pills. you should probably get some exercise too.

Sometimes we could not sleep because of some problems like someone or something is bothering us. But when almost every night you cant sleep, I think that is insomia, a sleeping disorder.
