how do you feel after smoking? do you smoke to get rid of tensions?

i want to know from you only that how do you feel after smoking? many of my friends tell me that smokng is a good habbit for it gives us pleasure.are my fiends telling the truth to me?

Thats nice to hear..I dont smoke but i helped my friends and few of them quit smoking.
