Why Ultimate (Frisbee) is the greatest sport

Yeah, you read right! For those that have no idea, there are many good vides on YouTube. So why do I think so ? Ultimate mixes the aerial plays and dives of football, requires more energy than soccer or basketball and has the sweetest team and competition spirit that can be found. I personnally dropped badminton and basketball for Ultimate and since then, I'm in a really better shape. So, any players in here ?
