Petrelli meets Nikki

Hey guys, have any of you wondered what will happen if Peter Petrelli and Nikki meet. I mean will peter develop an alter ego like Niki. Who will be his alter ego... ie Jessca, his brother Nathan... some other supressed part of his personality? And do you think he's gonna have super strength? Will his alter Ego be violent? It's a really strange possibility.

How about this......Jessica just trapped Nikki in the mirror so she can't get out. So therefore, Jessica is the only personality that occupies the body. If Nikki's special power is her alter ego, then if Peter meets Jessica and absorbs her power, he could get an alter ego. But, since Nikki is no longer in the body, Peter could actually be absorbing Jessicas alter ego, Nikki. Which means that he could have his own alter ego, but it may be a good alter ego. And the good alter ego could be the one that stops New York from blowing up.

Hey!!!! Stroke o'genius. That's a possibility. I mean I think I've seen Jessica in Peter's future sight so she's around him at the time of the explosion. And also Jessica works for Linderman and is rumored to try to kill Parkman in the next episode. So she might go after Peter also.......... and he might develop an alter ego that's more in control of his ability.

I think that the mirror is more of a visual cue for us as to what is going on inside Niki/Jessica's head. I think Niki is still in the body, but the Jessica personality has sort of "locked her away".
Like when the two would have converstions in the mirror, both personalities are still in her brain (as shown when she argued with herself in front of the shrink, there was no mirror to facilitate it), the mirror just gives us a way to see how the submerged personality is reacting to the one that is presently in control of the body.
This is all only IMHO, of course. :-)

I am wondering that myself. Now I just want them to meet.
I am loving that he was able to use claire's powers several days or weeeks later.When he landed on the car and regenerated. Does that mean that will someday be able to control all the powers he comes in contact with.

He's already able to use all the powers he's absorbed. He only needs to gain the control of the actual person over them. I mean powers like NAthan's need some getting used to. Same with that of Claude... his mentor. So he needs only to get settled and comfortable with them to be stronger than all of them put together.

Niki's super-power is not split-personality disorder, it is superhuman strength. It just happens that the not-so-nice personality is the one that has learned to harness it first.
I think if they met, that Peter would just become super strong, not go all Jeykell and Hyde on us. I do wonder if he would only get the super strength if he met the Jessica personality, but not if it was Niki.

No He'll get it otherwise as well because:
1st the power is in the person so peter can absorb it and
2nd Even Nikki has the power as we saw when she wants to hug Mikah but the cop wouldn't let her, so he tries to hit her but she catches hold of the stick and breaks it in half.

That's a good question which must've been hard for the writers to come up with Peter's ability if he would meet with Niki. It's possible that Niki and Jessica would interact as a whole person and it would probably stronger and more conscientious than with the split personality. So she doesn't need to kill everyone that blocks her way but she could possibly use her power for the common good.

I've always thought that Jessica isn't part of Nikki's power as much, but instead an actual second personality - just happens that this second personality is in a person who has super strength, and she's the only half of the two that realizes that this power exists.
Because Nikki broke something earlier on and looked so surprised - hopefully this means she'll eventually catch on and be able to wrest control from Jessica.
