finding old friends from childhood....

i have been to mindoro (northern part of the philippines) and our family stayed there for more than two years since my father has to work there. i have lots of wonderful days there as a child and one of those memories is having a lot of friends. it has been more than ten years and right now, i have been trying to contact my old friends, whose names i still can remember, through the internet using search engines or websites that offer such services. fortunately, i have contacted some of them and we have wonderful time reminiscing the past. how about you? how did you contact your long lost friends?
