Test matches made Cricket a bit boring game

i think in test matches, actual temperament and class of a player comes out....and series likes Ashes won't let u getting bored while watching the test matches...but for spectators point of view, they enjoy more the shorter version of game...but u can't say that test matches are boring..it depends person to person...i don't find them boring !!

I donot agree i find test cricket much more gripping than ODI or 20-20 As tests is the true test of skills and character of players . i really love test matches .If you are in doubt just look at the crowd in ashes you will get the answer.

Yes test cricket can get boring sometimes if both teams are ultradefensive & only playing for a draw. But indian team is slightly idffertn in this regard esp.when it comes to batting as there is some excitement all happening all time as our batters like Sehwag, sachin, sourav.. you don't know what will happen next. Besides there are key periods when both sides ar trying to control match, tactical battles being fought, key players trying to outwit each other. Though it is far and few. But yes i like to watch one dayers more often as it is finished in a day and there is rarely a dull moment& it is full of excitement as it is raining sixes and fours and wickets falling all time. Though i have only watched one 20-20 match so i don't know what to make of it. but it is certainly making cricket popular worldwide as people are hardpressed for time and want great action & instant results.

no not like tat...if it so after a few years,when 20-20 become famous,all will say One day game is a boring one...20-20 s interesting..test match s the test for the patience of all the players...they are tested..playing always oneday matches will make the players bore...one day is different from test matches..so our cricket players should face two different tasks,which s a challenge for them..

No,Test Matches din't make big boring game , Actually test cricket is the real cricket. First of all in the world 3days matches but after some time it has been 5days matches. Who player make good score in test matches, he is called realy great player . Because test matches are clasic cricket .Test matches shows player capacity their stamina and power of fight.

No i do not think so.Test cricket may be a 5 day event but it is very classy.You get to see the best what a player can deliver.Its the real test of a player.How many times have you seen bangladesh beating australia in a test match? Its not possible because luck has nothing to do in a test match.If you have the talent and potential then only you can stay in the match where as in a ODI if even a sinle bats man is able to make a century the match is in his team's hand.Its not the same in a test match
