I think that you should get to know her better, but don't over do it. Respect the fact that she does have a boyfriend, so I don't think now would be a good time to share your true feelings for her.

I would get to know her better first. Become her friend. If she ever breaks up with the boyfriend, then see if you guys might hit it off.
