how much SUGAR u mix in ur cup of TEA OR COFFEE?

i need aleast one spoon full of sugar in my small cup of tea or coffee. i can't have them without sugar. i believe tea and coffe are incomplete without sugar. What about u?

When I was younger I used to have 2 sugars. Now I don't have any. My husband does make me a special coffee at least once a day and that has 1 sugar in it. I can't have too many of them though as I start bouncing off the walls lol.

i use 3 teaspoons of sugar in my 8oz coffee cup.
