Friendship between men and woman?

Do you think it is possible to have a true, honest and real frienship without anything romantic or interfering? I'm talking about men and women of course.. I used to think so, but lately I'm having my doubts, due to some bad experiences..

In my own experience yes I had 2 special friend a true friend who I can tell everything with out malice. Its pure friendhip we both offer...nothing more nothing less...its kind in a million because its hard to find a person that you would love as friends only and trust of course.
