Sounds the same.. nahh, i bet NO. This are two statements, although intertwined yet, have a huge different meaning. If you are to choose between the two phrases, where will you be?
Me: I'll go for - Do you need me becoz you love me? This way, i feel that i am really love, not used or taken advantage of.

I've found myself with a woman in both these
situations. I have been with women because
I simply needed their company or something
else they had to offer.
I've also been with women for no other reason
than love. This is truly the best type of
relationship. I married my wife after years of
dating and for the only reason that really matters,
Love.

I need you because I love you. Otherwisew it's false cuz If I loved you cuz I needed you, it would mean it was fickle and temporary once the need is fulfilled.
