easy fettucine recipe

INGREDIENTS
8 ounce dry fettucine pasta
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 cup evaporated skim milk
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 lemon, juiced
1 pinch ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Cook Pasta accourding to package directions. Drain; immediately return to pan. Add olive oil; toss to coat.
Add evaporated milk, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, dried basil, lemon juice, and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat unitl bubbly, stirring constantly. Top with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

hi archiee!! thanx for the comment.. anyway, there's another way you can also try this:
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, cubed
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
8 oz fettucine pasta, cooked drained
stir together cream cheese, parmesan cheese and butter. add milk until smooth. add fettucine after already cooked and drained; toss lightly. you can also put some fried bacon or ham... enjoy!!!
