Okay well first off I wonder what your daughter eats? Because if you are not feeding her fast foods, like burgers, fries and milkshakes than WELL DONE. Children are massive today because of the hormonal additives and rubbish in fast foods. They grow taller and larger and some are incredibly tall by their first year in Junior High. At seven I would not worry too much because your little girl is still developing. If your are very worried or her health is suffering, a check up at the doctors is not going to do any harm and it will put your mind at rest. Does she drink milk? encourage her to drink milk MAKE YOUR OWN MILKSHAKES. If she does not like milk you can get water with added calcium. Does she eat cheese??? its full of calcium. Don't worry about her not wanting to eat fruit and vegetables but keep trying her with little bite size pieces. I would never eat sprouts, cabbage, peas, beans :( I lived on carrot and turnip mashed together and tomatoes! Its how you serve these foods to her that makes the difference. Kids like sweet corn well some do. Cut the food small, let her see you eating fruit and vegetables. One thing you can try is prepare a few slices of carrot and apple, add a few grapes put it all on a plate and leave it deliberately in the room where she is watching Television. You keep going in an eating it, one strip at a time. Don't say "do you want one" see if she eats it all by herself. Sometimes an unpeeled apple is off putting because kids do not like the texture of the peel. So cut the apple up into slices and leave it some where for her to eat. Sprinkle it with a little lemon juice to stop it browning. You can do this with any fruit and veg in your country.
