Oftentimes, when we are depressed, we cry, watch a movie, or go out with friends. But some people can't move on to a depression because they allow theirselves to become more and more depressed. When I'm depressed, I go out with my friends or I'll just buy something special for myself. How about you?

I used to have depression but I have got a lot help from food supplements from gnld, especially omega3, you find the address in my profile.
I just got a link to an interesting movie that could help you, it is revolutionary even if only half of it would be true. Who knows what the scientist will find next?
It is a full time movie, so take the time and watch it.

Did you know that emotional pain lasts for 12 minutes maximum? Anything longer than that is self-inflicted. So we go through depression by choice! Ever since I learned that fact I swore I wouldn't bury myself into that ugly pit of sadness. I deal with depression by EATING and listing things that make my life worthwhile. I get a haircut and put on new lipgloss and tell myself I am beautiful. That's routinary but still I get over it. :)
