Should there be seat belts in public transportations also - bus, taxi, auto etc

I think it is better as the traveller can be in comfortable position and hands may be free. Aslo if the bus gives break the traveller can have litter more balance on his body.

I think there most certainly should be, and i honestly done understand why there is not, i mean if a bus was to crash and its filled with children they are going to go flying, and it just seems like such a simple solution and i cant understand the reasoning behind not having seat belts on a bus
