Should smoking be banned in public places?

i was wondering what your thoughts on smoking in public places was and if it should be banned. I personally feel that smoking in public places should be banned. I have the right to have to worry about inhaling smoke for the guy sitting next to me that could potentially kill me. If you want to smoke go to your own private property to do so. Stop killing me along with yourself. Plus it will make our restaurants, bars, and other places just better over all.
