hell yes... they talk i mean they imitate u watever u say!! that's wat is considered talking... but future... no its damn fake!!

I do 'believe' in talking parrots. Two of my friends have African Grey parrots that have been taught to repeat some words. As for them telling the future, nahhhh!!! Maybe this is a cultural thing??!
