I see a few people are saying their account balance dropped??

I am sure that myLot has removed a number of spammers and anyone that earned based on responding to these spammers lost that money when those spammers were slapped down. I have stopped responding to spammers and just report them now.

The best way to stay away from spemmers is that mylot should clean up discussion every day like they update our earnings. Otherwise thers is no actual definition what kind of post you will consider as spem. I always avoid question in one line discussions. In case of my update I have not lost rating points but my earnings has reduced. If that is the cause that mylot deleted discussion thats why earnings are also got reduce, then I sould definitely have been lost my rating points. I am wonder.

Hello SweetLady I am back to my 10 star rating and I got paid yesterday. Now all I have to do is stay out of bad discussions. :)

My balance just went up quite a lot. Yes I think that MyLot have been having a clear out again and have made some adjustments. I was checking and some days in January went up by quite large amounts while a few dropped a cent or two. I believe that they are always looking for ways to improve the fairness of the payouts to the users. This is one site which is not going to disappear in a hurry!

Yes, first time since the time of my joining mylot in Aug, I have seen cut in the earnings of hundreds of mylotians who vent their feelings through discussion topics. Your discussion point has given me some clue and there is every possibility of the problem stated by you, resulting in the reduction of the earnings.

I like good discussions and they can bring up a lot of emotions both good and bad, but I don't like the political stuff or the racist or the spamming, so if I keep out of those I will still be having a great time. :) Thanks and good to see you.

but i think mylot should inform their members when they reduce their balance, even if it's because of spammers. I have less than yesterday on my account, and no explainations...

I am not sure why we would not get a message from myLot unless it was already in the rules, guidelines so I was going over them. It states that short replies will be removed. No references to another member. No asking or saying your will rate anyone's answers. One I didn't notice before was the rule that you are not allowed to complain about other people's spelling or grammar. I actually posted a post like this. But if you participate in any of these discussions and the discusssion is deleted your post is also and no explanation is required. Don't post to things that you shouldn't and we will be fine.
